Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Princeton is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Princeton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New Jersey's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Terrible service. Avoid this place if you can. I gave them a second chance today after a bad first experience, and it was even worse. Both times, I paid $42 for the "Best Works" service. They hardly touched the interior. Aside from a quick vacuum and a window wipe, the inside was left dirty. Waste of money and time, as I have to clean the entire interior myself.

I wish I had option to give 0. I went there for car wash today with the Honda of princeton complimentary coupon. As the car wash was progressing I saw paint peeling off the side mirror. After wash was over , I told them that the machine has damaged the paint. Instead of apologizing, they were hell bent on proving that it already existed. And then in video he showed soap to prove his point. And when I said its soap, he started using curse words. Go there at your own risk. No wonder they already have poor rating on Google- today's experience proves it all.

Car wash, not cheaper compared to the northern gas stations nearer to me that I thought were expensive - I guess water/electric equally as expensive around Princeton. Drive-thru right between two car dealerships (conveniently). They have folks at the end wiping down the car with towels but it doesn't completely dry the car - if you can on a hot day drive after, then you can dry off completely. They have an area to vacuum the car, too - or off to the side to actually include it in your package as you pre-pay for. The kiosks to pay upfront.

This car wash left a huge clear coat scratch down the side of my truck. This was 100% not there before coming here as I literally just got my truck touched up back at the end of December.

Absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I went in asking for a proper interior cleaning. The attendant insisted I first buy an exterior wash and then add a $22 interior package that supposedly included vacuuming, wipe down, and windows. I confirmed with him twice that it would be a decent cleaning, and he said yes. What I got was a complete rip-off. The vacuuming was barely done, with dirt and dust still everywhere. Surfaces were left untouched, and the exterior wash was nothing more than a quick rinse. When I pulled forward to ask about the poor job and the $40 I had just spent, the staff member rudely cut me off and told me, β€œGet the $149 service if you want it clean.” The tone was dismissive, arrogant, and insulting β€” essentially blaming me for not spending more money. For $40, I expected at least a basic clean, not a sloppy half-job and an attitude that made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking questions. This place does not care about quality or customers. They upsell aggressively, deliver substandard service, and treat paying customers with zero respect. If you value your time, money, and basic courtesy, avoid this place at all costs.
